The pool was wonderful. Many restaurants and amenities in the area within walking distance. There are not many options for public transportation so I inquired about obtaining a ride to the Ute Museum and the airport afterwards. A man at the front desk offered to give me a lift and allowed me to leave my luggage in the car while enjoying the museum. The employees were exceptional in all aspects. I would definitely choose this establishment the next time I travel to Montrose.

It's not a luxury hotel, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. My expectations were met. It was close to Main Street and the stores/restaurants (Wal-Mart, Target, Applebee, Starbucks, etc). I'd stay again. The only notable items are that the pool is not available and the breakfast is limited (waffles, cereal, wrapped pastries, English muffins, yogurt, juice/milk, fruit).

This place exceeded our expectations. The reviews were not great but it was in our price range and ideally located for our plans. The check in was easy, the room was nice and spacious. The room said king and we really had a king bed (not a certainty for other hotels). We did not try the breakfast as there was a cute diner right next to it. I think this is perfect for a 1-2 night stay when on a roadtrip!

Clean room, wonderful staff and workers, extra features including kitchen, frig, microwave, comfortable bed and room. Great AC. Caring, friendly management. Been staying here for years and highly recommend!

great location and price for the area. we enjoyed going around Montrose, Ouray and Telluride. Great price compared to more expensive resorts. Room was cleaned every day and comfortable beds

They were able to accommodate our request for a room on the ground level so we would not have to climb stairs. There was a very good restaurant next door to the motel to eat breakfast.

It was easy to find. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Full kitchen, great large fridge with a freezer. Great breakfast included. Good location for traveling. Nice big sinkspace for placing 2 person's toiletries and makeup.
